January 30, 2017 in the joint-stock company “Matbuot tarkatuvchi” held cultural and educational event in honor of January 30 - the birthday of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov. The event was attended by chief editor of the National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi Shukur Kurban and student of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies Nigora Hasanova.
     The event was opened by the General director of the Company S.U.Najbiddinov. In his speech he noted the great achievements of the First President of Uzbekistan in gaining national independence, ensuring a peaceful and prosperous life of the people, a huge success and achievements in socio-economic, cultural and educational spheres.
     Also in their speech, Company counsel A.B.Kasimov, Shukur Kurban and Nigora Hasanova noted that Islam Karimov paid special attention to the development of the scope of the spread of the mass media, expanding the retail network of periodicals. With his leadership was taken of the Republic of Uzbekistan laws, regulations and orders of the President aimed at the development of the sphere.
