March 23, 2015 in the auditorium of the company “Matbuot tarkatuvchi” held a seminar on theme “Culture of customer service, sales techniques” with the participation of the deputy director of the center, “Know yourself”, counselor G.Utekova, booth keepers and the central office staff.
   The seminar was opened by the deputy of general director of the company “Matbuot tarkatuvchi” M.G.Aripov. He noted that nowadays customer service and communication culture play a big role in the trade.
   At the seminar, deputy of the director of the “Know yourself”, a counseling psychologist G.Utekova lectured very interesting about psychology of the human. She explained in detail about human psychology and communication with customers.
   At the end of the seminar counselor G.Utekova answered all the questions of the participants.
