Structure of the Subsidiaries and regional Ltd joint-stock company "Matbuot tarkatuvchi"
The main tasks of directors of subsidiaries and companies of limited liabilities:
- Guidance on effective and sustainable organization of daily work and societies;
- Organizes the orders, the order and injunction
- Provides an efficient division of the company and the DP
- Provides revenue for the development of social sectors, as well as for production
- Company and all of the DP, provides execution and monitoring of all development projects and business plans
- Ensures the legality of the DP and LTD
- LLC and JP organize the books, as well as ensure the provision of all financial reports to appropriate authorities and to the company.
- Ensures the provision, storage and shipment to the archives of all government statistical reports
- AP Ltd. and provides protection for personnel working.
